Varco 10EC ialah racun serangga khas daripada kumpulan hormon juvana tiruan (juvenile hormone mimic) yang berfungsi menghalang proses pertumbuhan dan pembiakan serangga seperti lalat putih dan kutu daun. Ia mengganggu embriogenesis dan pembentukan dewasa serangga perosak, sekaligus mengurangkan populasi dalam kitaran jangka panjang.
